Applying to MECOP

How do I apply to be a part of MECOP?

  • Students:

    Review the section Applying to MECOP as a Student. If you are ready to apply, click on Join MECOP. If MECOP is accepting any applications, a link to an application form will be made available. A schedule of all upcoming application windows can be found on our public website calendar.

  • Companies & Universities:

    Please fill out one of the application forms listed below. Upon submission MECOP will contact you in a few business days with more information regarding the application process.

  • Mentors / Interviewers:

    On the company login page click on Request mentor/interviewer account. Fill out the form and make sure to select your company. Upon submission, your company's MECOP Rep will review the account request (they will receive an automated email). Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email containing login instructions. If your company is not a member of the program it will not be available in the list of companies. See the "Companies" section above for company applications.

Account Related Questions

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?". In the form that appears enter the email which is associated with your MECOP account and click "Reset Password". If we have an account associated with that email an automated message will be sent to that address with further instructions.

I'm a student who has just been accepted to the program (or is re-applying). How do I apply?

All students that have applied to MECOP have a website account regardless of their program status. The email associated with your account is typically the email you entered in your application form. If you are unsure of your password, please use the password reset form on the student login page.

I completed the mentor / interviewer registration form but I still can't login. What do I do?

When you filled out the form an email was sent you your company's MECOP Rep requesting activation. The account will remain inactive until the request has been approved. Upon approval you will receive an email containing further instructions. If your company's MECOP Rep has not received the email they can approve the request by logging in activating your account through their Mentor Management Interface.

Note: If your company's MECOP Rep has activated your account and you are still experiencing issues logging in, please contact our support team.
