Bob's Red Mill is a food manufacturer in the Portland Metro area that specializes in whole grains and flours and good-for-you baking mixes. We believe that an effective internship should provide each intern with real-world experiences with hands on learning. As an intern at Bob's, you will get to work on a project that has a direct impact on our production environment and addresses a problem that is affecting the organization. You will be given the freedom to explore possible solutions, test them out, build prototypes, conduct cost and root cause analyses to determine cost effectiveness of the solution, and the room to grow from the expereiance.
