Internship Minimum Wage

All internships in the program are required to have wage that is greater than or equal to a minimum value as set by and voted on by the Board of Directors. Wages are based on an approximation of ~70% of an entry level wage for the average professional in their field and are re-evaluated every 1-2 years. Minimum wage groups listed below:

Note: While not required, many companies pay second year interns more per hour than first year interns.
